Continuous Chest Compression CPR

Continuous Chest Compression CPR
One of the most difficult emergencies to deal with, when there are no doctors or medical facilities around, is a “heart attack”, or as they say here in the Philippines, “High Blood”. Recently I was sent an email, from my parents in the US, telling me about a new, easier method, of saving a victim of heart attack. It is called “Continuous Chest Compression CPR”, and was developed by the Sarver Heart Center at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. It is a simple proceedure that almost anyone can do, and may help you save a life. I have embedded their 6 minute You Tube video below. After you view the video, pass on this information to your friends.
